IC4E 2010电子教育，商业，管理与学习国际会议

由IACSIT主办，IACSIT成都分会承办，以及四川省电子学会，马来西亚博特拉大学等机构协办的2010年电子教育，商业，管理与学习国际会议(IC4E 2010)将于2010年1月22-24日在中国三亚举行。 本次大会将围绕“电子教育，商业，管理与学习”的最新研究领域，为来自国内外高等院校、科研院所、企事单位的专家、教授、学者、工程师提供一个高水平的高层信息沟通平台，探讨本领域发展所面临的关键性挑战问题和研究方向。届时国内外著名专家将到会作专题报告， 新加坡南洋理工大学副校长， IEEE Fellow, KOT Chichung Alex 教授，以及IEEE Fellow, 台湾逢甲大学教授张真诚教授将做大会报告。

会议采用“以文赴会”的方式，向国内外公开征集论文并组织出版。将根据专家审稿意见录用论文， 所有录用并注册的学术论文将由IEEE CS出版，进入IEEE Xplore数据库，并被Ei Compendex和ISTP同时检索。

The 2010 International Conference on e-Education, e-Business, e-Management and e-Learning (IC4E 2010) will be held in Sanya, China during January 22-24, 2010. IC4E 2010 is sponsored by IACSIT, and hosted by IACSIT Chengdu Section, and technically supported by Sichuan Institute of Electronics, UPM, UniSA and Etc.

The aim objective of IC4E 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in e-Education, e-Business, e-Management and e-Learning. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

IEEE Fellow and IET Fellow, Professor Chin-Chen Chang, from Feng Chia University

Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.

The IC4E 2010 conference proceeding will be published by the Conference Publishing Service, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore and CSDL, and be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex and Thomson ISI.
