ICSPS 2009和ICSPS 2010曾分别在新加坡和大连，中国召开。基于前两届的成功召开，2011年第三届IEEE信号处理系统国际会议（ICSPS 2011）将于2011年8月27日至28日在烟台，中国召开。此会由IEEE和山东工商学院联合主办，得到了青岛大学的鼎力支持。大会致力于为专家和学者提供一个学术交流与建立友谊的平台，会议旨在加强交流、促进合作，使广大学者分享优秀的论文和成果，同共同探讨近来信号处理系统领域的新技术和新应用。
All the registered papers will be published into conference proceedings and distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by the Ei Compendex and Thomson ISI (ISTP). 同ICSPS 2009和2010一样，本届ICSPS 2011将全部被Ei Compendex和ISTP检索。
